SECTION 1
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, receiving, or using a ticket to this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
These terms apply to all ticket holders, including those who receive tickets as a gift or transfer.
SECTION 2
No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of personal plans or inability to attend
- Illness, travel disruption, or other personal reasons
- Dissatisfaction with the event
In the event of cancellation or significant changes to the event by the organizer, a separate notice will be provided and any applicable remedy will be communicated at that time.
SECTION 3
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the event. To transfer a ticket:
- Contact the event organizer at least 48 hours before the event to update the name on the reservation
- The new ticket holder must present valid photo ID matching the updated name at entry
- Only one transfer per ticket is permitted
Transfers must be coordinated directly with the organizer. Transfers arranged without prior notice may result in denied entry.
Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a value above face value. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale channels may be cancelled without compensation.
SECTION 4
Admission & Entry
Each ticket entitles one person to single entry to the event. The ticket holder must present:
- A valid ticket (digital or printed)
- Government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket
Tickets are void if altered, duplicated, or tampered with. Duplicate ticket use will result in denial of entry without refund.
The organizer reserves the right to deny or revoke admission for any person who violates these terms, the event's code of conduct, or applicable laws.
SECTION 5
Event Changes & Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to alter or modify event details — including date, time, venue, lineup, or programming — at any time. Every reasonable effort will be made to communicate changes promptly.
In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, options will be communicated directly.
In the unlikely event of a full cancellation, the organizer will issue a notice outlining available remedies. This does not override the general no-refund policy unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 6
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. The organizer cannot be held responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
We strongly recommend keeping digital tickets in a secure location and not sharing ticket QR codes or barcodes.
SECTION 7
Conduct at the Event
All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. The organizer reserves the right to remove any person from the event without refund if they:
- Behave in a disruptive, threatening, or abusive manner
- Violate the event's stated code of conduct
- Are found in breach of any applicable laws or regulations
SECTION 8
Photography & Recording
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio recordings may be taken and that your likeness may appear in promotional or documentary content related to the event.
Unauthorized professional photography, videography, or audio recording of the event is prohibited without written consent from the organizer.
SECTION 9
Liability
Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The organizer, its staff, and its agents are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at or in connection with the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
The organizer is not responsible for losses arising from travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred in connection with attending the event.
SECTION 10
Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchase is used solely to manage your registration and communicate event details. It will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or as necessary to operate the event.
